I form real connections with my clients between the clicks of my camera lens. My goal, besides giving you amazing photos, is for you to come away feeling fantastic and comfortable. Having your picture taken should be a fun and exciting experience from start to finish.
Sure, you may feel a little awkward at first, but when you focus on feeling good, you end up looking good. I don't expect you to know the ins and outs of the biz or to be a posing pro, that's what I'm here for!

We meet on a phone/video call and figure out exactly what it is you're wanting out of your session.
step 2. you book with me
I'll send you the contract and invoice for the 50% deposit. Or, if you're sure about me already, you can book right here!
step 3. additional session
Depending on your package, we meet for the first session. You look and feel great and I deliver your first gallery.
step 4. gather info
A couple weeks/days prior to your session, I will reach out with some questions. This helps me deliver the best session possible.
step 5. Session Day
This is the fun part! I'll give you pointers as we go, but you just focus on looking and feeling your best.

After some time, I will deliver your personalized, online gallery straight to your inbox, ready to share and print!
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
A 50% deposit reserves your date with me, so that no one else can steal me away! If you cancel last minute, I most likely would have been able to book someone else during that time period. So, the deposit guarantees you on my schedule and the focus of my attention.
Do I get to select the images?
Yes and no. Before the session, we will decide on the number of images you receive in your gallery with the option to purchase additional images. Part of my job is making the image selects and choosing the most flattering photographs. The images I do not deliver are either repeats, blurry, or out of focus, shots of you blinking or mid-sentence speaking. I have no reason to withhold any images if there are additional ones I think you would enjoy!
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes, I love traveling for weddings! Packages for destination weddings are the same, they just include travel.
Will you retouch (Photoshop) my images?
I do not do any major retouching. I may soften the skin a little or remove acne, but generally I go for a natural and accurate representation. If this is something you want, an easy solution is to outsource my final images to an editor of my choice with the addition of their fee.
What if we are not happy with the final product?
I have never had a client tell me they were unhappy with my services in all my years of photography. This is because I set clear communication and expectations beforehand. If you have read my FAQ thoroughly, looked extensively through my portfolio, and prepared yourself for your photoshoot, including picking a location you love and an outfit you feel confident in, then this is the best way to ensure you will be happy with the final result.
Should I do an engagement session?
Engagement sessions are the time where we get to know each other, I get to see how you interact together, and you become comfortable in front of my camera. They're a great way to trial run what it will be like taking photos on the big day so you'll be more comfortable.
Most couples use an engagement session to have updated photos of themselves to display at home and at the wedding as well as on their save the dates, invitations, and wedding websites.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Of course! I totally understand when things are going really well and you want to make sure that you don't miss out on any great pictures. I'll have a card reader on me or you can use a payment app, so payment can be taken care of immediately and you don't have to wait around for an invoice.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Only for the included print credit! Because I offer unlimited downloads in every package, you can take your photos wherever you want to have them printed if you want additional prints. However, I recommend you do go through my store because I can guarantee the quality of the lab used to be of the highest standards.
What if we don’t want the images used on your social media, website, or anywhere online?
Please make it clear to me in your initial contact email if this is the case and let me know the reason! The sole way I market my photography services (and how you found me!) is the internet and I rely on sharing my photography to bring in customers. I do offer private galleries that are not open to the public for an additional fee.
